The Admin cum Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the De InterLuxe showroom, Kochi. This role ensures smooth and efficient operations, manages staff, maintains high levels of customer satisfaction, and drives sales targets for both retail customers and wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Operational Management:

Manage and supervise all daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock movements (inward/outward), and ensuring a clean and organized showroom environment.

Sales and Business Growth:

Develop and execute strategies to meet sales and profitability targets for both retail and wholesale channels. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Administrative Oversight:

Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including record-keeping, correspondence, managing office supplies, and maintaining databases.

Inventory and Stock Control:

Assist in managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock audits, coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment, and minimizing stock loss (shrinkage control).

Financial Management:

Monitor branch financial performance, including tracking sales, expenses, and profits. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, manage petty cash, and prepare reports for senior management.

Team Leadership and HR Support:

Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance performance and customer service standards. Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.

Customer Relationship Management:

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally for both retail and wholesale clients to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term loyalty.

Compliance:

Ensure the branch operates in compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:



Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience in a retail management or administrative role, with some supervisory or leadership experience.

Leadership:

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a natural talent for motivating staff.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting effectively with staff, customers, and management.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.

Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Organizational Skills:

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Customer-Centric:

A strong customer service-oriented mindset is essential.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
