Job Profile:
Answering phone calls and emails, managing mail, and facilitating communication within the organization.
Ordering and managing office supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office environment.
Providing administrative support to colleagues and management, which can include HR tasks like onboarding, or attendance/Leave record maintaining,Assisting employees regarding statutory benefits and expense tracking.
Organizing, updating, and maintaining paper and digital records, including personnel files and employee data.
Coordinate with the supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Handle order amendments, cancellations, and replacements as required.
Act as a point of contact for clients regarding order status, product availability, and pricing.
Day to day coordination with the sales team leader regarding the performance of other sales person,their due in market,collection and damage etc.
Manage sales-related documentation, preparing invoices, and payment follow-ups.
Managing Records, Data Entry,Transactions And Other Administrative tasks.
