? Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin cum Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, coordination, and support business operations. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, responsible, and efficient in handling multiple tasks.
? Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration activities
Maintain and update records, files, and documentation
Manage phone calls, emails, and internal communication
Coordinate with internal teams for operational tasks
Assist in preparing reports, data entry, and basic MIS
Manage office supplies, housekeeping coordination, and vendor follow-ups
Support HR and accounts teams with required documentation
Handle visitor management and front-desk duties (if required)
? Required Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
Knowledge of basic office operations
? Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
3-5 years of relevant administrative or back-office experience
