Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
Process invoices, bills, and payments.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Handle petty cash and petty cash vouchers.
Assist with bank reconciliation and vendor payments.
Help prepare financial reports, budgets, and tax filings.
Administrative support:
Manage general office operations and administrative tasks.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.
Maintain and organize office documents and records.
Coordinate meetings, travel, and other logistical needs.
Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
Other duties:
Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee files.
Support management with operational and documentation work.
Perform general office duties as assigned.
Essential skills and qualifications
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, MYOB, or similar programs.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage both administrative and accounting responsibilities.
