Handle day-to-day office administration, documentation, and correspondence.
Manage accounts-related tasks including billing, invoicing, and petty cash.
Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, and receipts.
File monthly/quarterly GST returns and ensure statutory compliance.
Support the sales team with order processing, quotations, and client follow-ups.
Maintain records of purchase, sales, and stock entries.
Coordinate with external auditors, CA, and vendors as required.
Manage calls, emails, and basic HR-related administrative support.
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
0-6 Months of experience in accounts/admin role (experience in GST filing is mandatory).
Knowledge of Tally Basic ERP accounting software.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Female candidates preferred.
Ability to support both accounts and sales coordination effectively.
