5) Manage payment of all utility and service providers.
6) Excellent organizational and time management skills
7) Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
8) Effective written and verbal communication skills.
9) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
10) Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
11) Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
