Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing (both physical and digital).
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Manage office assets, stationery, and maintenance schedules.
Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and handle travel arrangements.
Support HR in maintaining employee attendance, leave records, and joining formalities.
Handle incoming calls and visitors in a professional manner.
Accounts Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or relevant software.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts.
Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate with auditors for yearly audits and record submissions.
Maintain petty cash and prepare daily expense reports.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in admin and accounts roles.
