Handle office administrative work including filing, correspondence, and documentation.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
Manage staff attendance records and leave tracking.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Accounts Duties
:
Handle daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, bank, cash) in Tally or accounting software.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and credit/debit notes.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filing.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
Coordinate with auditors during audits and maintain financial records.
