Job Summary:



We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Admin cum Accountant

to manage both administrative tasks and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have a good grasp of office management procedures, financial transactions, and record-keeping, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:



Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain proper filing of documents (physical and digital) Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Assist with HR functions such as attendance tracking and employee records Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external partners Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and operational

Accounting Duties:



Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process Handle accounts payable and receivable Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments Maintain petty cash records and monthly expense reports Assist in monthly bank reconciliations Support the finance team in preparing financial statements and reports

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
