Sidhi Vinayak Security Systems is looking for a responsible and stable Admin cum Accountant to manage administrative tasks and basic accounts. The ideal candidate must be organized, good with MS Office, and capable of handling follow-ups and coordination. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities:
Handle basic accounting entries, billing, and record maintenance
Prepare and manage invoices, payment receipts, and petty cash
Follow up with clients and vendors for pending payments
Maintain day-to-day administrative operations including filing, documentation, and correspondence
Work on MS Word and Excel to prepare reports and maintain data
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth backend support
Handle phone calls, email communications, and vendor coordination as needed Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Admin/Accounts role
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication
Good communication skills in English and Tamil
Should be well-organized, dependable, and eager to learn
Married female candidates preferred for long-term association
