Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Admin cum Accountant

to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proficient in accounting basics, and capable of handling office coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Accounting Duties:



1. Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and records

2. Handle billing, invoicing, and expense tracking

3. Manage accounts payable and receivable

4. Prepare monthly financial summaries

Administrative Duties:



1. Manage office documentation and filing systems

2. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence

3. Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR support

4. Order office supplies and manage inventory

5. Support management with reports and schedules

Requirements:



1. Basic knowledge of accounting principles

2. Good communication and organizational skills

3. Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Skills:



Prior experience in a similar admin-accounting role
