We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin cum Accountant to manage daily administrative tasks and handle basic accounting duties. The ideal candidate should have experience in office work and bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Handle day-to-day office administration
Maintain records of site expenses and purchases
Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and payments
Assist in payroll preparation
Maintain filing system and company documentation
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and staff
Support project reporting and budgeting
Tax filing(GSTR1A & GSTR3B)
Manage petty cash and expense tracking
Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
reconcile bank statements
Administrative Duties:
Perform general office duties such as filing data entry and correspondence
Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment
Coordinate meetings,schedules and appointments
Handle communication with vendors,clients and service providers
Support HR functions such as employee records management and onboarding
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field preferred
Proven experience in a similar role minimum 1+ years preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, MS Excel)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Time-management skills
Preferred Attributes:
Ability to multitask and work independently
Familiarity with local tax regulations andstatutory compliance
Prior experience in administrative or office management roles
