Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive

Admin/CRM Executive

to handle office operations, real estate documentation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

Sale Deed Agreements, Khata transfers, Encumbrance Certificates (EC), and contract management

, ensuring seamless property transactions. Additionally, they will maintain the CRM system, coordinate with clients, and support the sales team with administrative and marketing tasks.

Incentives will be provided for successfully closed deals.



Key Responsibilities:



Office Administration

: Manage daily office operations, correspondence, and scheduling

Document & Contract Management:

Prepare and process Sale Deeds, Khata transfers, ECs, and property agreements

CRM & Client Coordination:

Maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and assist in registrations

Sales & Marketing Support:

Update property listings, assist in marketing activities, and coordinate open houses

Incentives:

Earn additional rewards only for property sales you close on your own

Financial & HR Support:

Assisting in invoicing, payments, and petty cash management,Handling payroll, leave applications, and HR records,Handling payroll, leave applications, and HR records

Requirements:



Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or 12th pass, 1-3 years in real estate administration, CRM, or a similar role

Knowledge:

Familiarity with

Sale Deed, Khata, EC, and contract management

procedures

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

MS Office, CRM software, and real estate documentation

Soft Skills:

Strong

communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

Teamwork:

Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, legal professionals, and clients

Problem-Solving:

Quick decision-making and attention to detail in handling documentation and client queries
