Key Responsibilities
Coordinate administrative operations between Saibaba Colony and Gold Wins centres
Travel between both branches as required to ensure smooth daily functioning
Act as the primary point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors
Maintain an organized office environment and accurate records
Perform basic book-keeping, documentation, and clerical duties
Schedule appointments, sessions, and internal meetings
Support educators and counsellors with coordination and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative coordination or a similar role
Willingness and flexibility to travel between two branch locations
Background in counselling, psychology, education, or child-focused environments (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
