to oversee and manage the counselling and administrative operations of our training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student inquiries, converting leads into admissions, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the center.
Key Responsibilities :
Counsel prospective students and parents on courses offered (Cybersecurity, CCNA, Digital Marketing, etc.).
Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups for inquiries.
Convert leads into admissions and meet monthly admission targets.
Maintain records of student interactions and follow-up data.
Administrative Duties :
Manage daily operations of the institute, including front-desk activities.
Coordinate between students, faculty, and management for smooth functioning.
Maintain student database, fee records, and admission documents.
Handle basic facility management and ensure a professional environment.
Team Supervision :
Supervise junior counselors and administrative staff.
Conduct training sessions for new team members as required.
Monitor team performance and report to senior management.
Skills Required :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and sales skills
Good leadership and team-handling capabilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred: Management or Education)
1-3 years of experience in counselling, admin, or education industry preferred
