Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Coordinator, based in Coimbatore. The Admin Coordinator will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, providing customer service, managing communication, assisting with financial duties, and maintaining organizational systems. Daily tasks include coordinating schedules, handling inquiries, supporting the finance team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Organizational Skills
Basic knowledge of Finance and financial assistance tasks
Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is required
