Oversee daily office activities, manage workflow, and implement/revise systems and procedures for efficiency.
Scheduling :
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel, including booking rooms, setting up equipment, and preparing agendas/minutes.
Communication:
Serve as a central point of contact, managing incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and mail, and facilitating inter-departmental communication.
Reporting & Data:
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents; maintain and update digital and physical records and databases.
Inventory & Budget:
Order and manage office supplies, potentially assist with budget tracking, vendor payments, and expense approvals.
Staff Support:
Provide administrative assistance to other staff, potentially train junior administrative personnel, and handle confidential information.
Must have computer knowledge.
