Admin Coordinator
to join our growing team in Cochin.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative operations efficiently
Coordinate with students, counselors, and partner universities
Manage student document collection, filing, and application updates
Schedule counseling sessions, follow-ups, and interviews
Maintain CRM/Excel records with accuracy
Support the admissions team in application processing
Assist with event coordination, seminars, and student meet-ups
Ensure smooth office functioning and front desk management
Handle phone calls, walk-ins, and student queries
Prepare reports and maintain office communications
Requirements
1+ years of experience in the overseas education industry
(mandatory)
Strong communication skills (English & Malayalam)
Good knowledge of MS Office & CRM systems
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Organised, professional, and team-oriented
Preferred Skills
Experience coordinating with international universities
Knowledge of student application portals, SOP/LOR process
Basic understanding of visas, intakes, and country-wise requirements
Salary
Competitive and based on experience (will be discussed during interview)

Pay: ₹11,729.02 - ₹20,000.00 per month
