Datagrid Labs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to support project planning, coordination, and execution. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks and timelines.
Coordinate with ship agents and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Conduct research, analyze data, and suggest improvements.
Support logistical and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills; team player with the ability to work independently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
Saturday: 09:00 AM - 02:30 PM
