Good communication skills (WhatsApp / Email / Calls) Social media handling - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Basic marketing knowledge (posting, replies, collecting testimonials) Calendar and schedule management Basic Excel, word, PowerPoints and Google Drive knowledge Preparing invoices and maintaining records Video editing using InShot / CapCut Basic Canva design skills (posters, brochures) Client coordination and follow-up Research and partnership support Customer support and feedback collection
