Quoting & Costing:
Execute the full quotation process. You will be responsible for calculating costs in Excel, ensuring all margins are accurate, and issuing formal quotes to clients.
Data Integrity:
Manage and update all internal spreadsheets. You will ensure that pricing structures, vendor data, and client records are meticulously maintained and error-free.
Document & Deck Creation:
Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to produce professional business documents and presentations as required, ensuring they meet company brand standards.
Operational Workflow Management:
Oversee the day-to-day administrative engine of the office, including digital filing, calendar management, and the generation of operational reports.
Technical Requirements
Experience:
1-2 years of professional experience in an administrative, operations, or data-entry role.
Microsoft Office Mastery:
Excel:
High proficiency required. You must be comfortable handling costing sheets, using formulas to calculate totals, and organizing large sets of data.
PowerPoint:
Solid working knowledge to build and edit professional presentations from scratch.
Outlook:
Advanced skills in inbox organization (folders, rules, and rapid response).
Numerical Literacy:
Strong ability to work with numbers and financial data without errors.
