Job Description

Hand's on experience on Tally .

Order Entry in PO register & Order Processing.

Following up with ME's on the checklist req for Order Processing.

Coordinating with distributor and local vendors for delivery & prices.

Making Purchase Entry & Preparing Sales Invoices.

Cheque received by Client - Entries to be done

Handling Petty Cash

Handling Bills (Maintenance , Mobile Bills , Stationary, Petty cash vouchers and etc) - Scanning and sending to the accounts team on monthly bases .

Updating the margin folder monthly .

Prepare Performa Invoice in Excel Sheet.

Sharing pending payments details to ME Weekly.

Printing the Tax Invoice and sending it to respective ME's .

Handling Office Boy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
