The Admin Coordinator Intern will support the administrative and coordination functions of the organization. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an interest in administrative operations. The intern will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative activities and effective coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily administrative operations and office coordination activities
Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation in both digital and physical formats
Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communication
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams to track tasks, follow-ups, and documentation
Support data entry, record updates, and basic reporting activities
Assist in managing office supplies and administrative resources
Ensure adherence to internal procedures and administrative processes
Eligibility Criteria
Must hold a Master's degree in Administration or a related field
Schooling must be completed from CBSE or ICSE Boards only
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications and office tools
Good organizational, coordination, and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and confidentiality
