Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across departments.
Manage correspondence, prepare reports, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Maintain and organize company files, records, and documentation.
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and company events.
Office & Vendor Management
Oversee office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management for office maintenance and contracts.
Coordination & Communication
Assist in onboarding of new employees and coordinate administrative needs for HR.
Support coordination of internal communications, circulars, and updates.
