Job Description



We are looking for a dedicated

Admin Executive

to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to the management team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities



Handle incoming phone calls, emails, messages, and communication with partners. Maintain documentation, prepare official letters, and manage office correspondence. Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and daily office activities. Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic procurement tasks. Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and internal ERP databases. Ensure office cleanliness, smooth operations, and professional visitor management. Support HR and internal teams in organizing events and administrative activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
