Key Responsibilities:
Draft emails, quotations, and basic documentation
Handle client inquiries and follow-ups
Maintain records and assist internal teams
Support daily office operations and reporting
Required Skills:
Strong email drafting & communication skills (English 60-70%)
MS Excel proficiency
Basic administrative and coordination abilities
