Job Description

Manage the MD's daily personal errands, purchases, and household coordination. Handle payments, collections, and coordination with vendors, service providers, and household staff. Manage personal appointments, travel arrangements, and scheduling. Handle personal documentation, renewals, and miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Perform field visits, pickups/drop-offs, and other outdoor activities as required. Maintain confidentiality and handle all personal matters with discretion.

Office Coordination



Assist in basic administrative and coordination activities in the office. Support in courier dispatches, procurement of office supplies, and follow-ups. Coordinate with office staff, vendors, and visitors when needed. Maintain basic documentation and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. Provide general assistance to the management and HR/admin team as directed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,320.43 per month
