Coordinate daily administrative operations across departments (Housekeeping, Repairs, Security, Civil, etc.)
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for expenses, consumables, maintenance schedules, and property-related data.
Manage office documentation, filing systems (digital & physical), and ensure timely updates.
Monitor and validate checklists for housekeeping, security, and facility management.
Track and escalate unresolved issues across departments to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain records for travel kits, sample management, fuel, insurance, and AMC renewals.
Support procurement and inventory management for office supplies and consumables.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and maintenance protocols.
Facilitate vendor coordination and service delivery tracking.
