Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and streamlining administrative processes and support services to ensure smooth operations within the school. This role acts as a liaison between different departments and plays a key role in maintaining documentation, communication, and compliance with institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities: Office Coordination & Administration



Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative efficiency. Maintain staff attendance and leave records in coordination with HR. Coordinate logistics for school meetings, events, and official visits. Ensure office supplies and materials are adequately stocked and managed.

Facility & Vendor Management



Coordinate with

admission housekeeping, transport, security, and maintenance teams for upkeep of the campus.

Support procurement processes and vendor coordination in consultation with the Admin Head. Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and vendor performance.

Compliance & Policy Adherence



Ensure adherence to school policies, safety standards, and administrative protocols. Assist in implementing and monitoring administrative SOPs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
