Role Overview



We are looking for a

smart, proactive, and well-organized Admin & Internal Coordination Executive

who can handle

documentation, communication, and follow-ups

efficiently.
This role works closely with management and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities Documentation & Record Management



Prepare, draft, and manage official documents, files, letters, and reports

Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation flow

Organize digital and physical files for easy access

Communication & Coordination



Handle emails, phone calls, and messages professionally

Communicate on behalf of management with teams, vendors, and clients

Coordinate between departments for task updates and information

Follow-Ups & Task Tracking



Take consistent follow-ups on pending tasks, deadlines, and meetings

Maintain task trackers and ensure timely completion

Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes when required

Administrative Support



Assist senior management with daily activities

Manage basic MS Office work (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Understand internal office dynamics and coordinate smoothly while maintaining professionalism

Skills & Qualifications



Experience:

1-3 years in Admin, Coordination, Office Executive, or similar roles

Communication:

Strong verbal & written communication in English & Hindi

Documentation:

Excellent documentation, drafting, and record-keeping skills

Follow-Up:

Strong follow-up and coordination ability

Computer Skills:

MS Office, Email drafting, basic software handling

Personality:

Proactive, confident, organized, and able to handle office politics smartly

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred
