Construction Project Coordinator / Virtual Assistant
to support our US-based construction projects. This role will primarily focus on managing bid invitations, organizing project files, updating project tracking systems, and assisting with proposal preparation after take-offs are completed. working closely with a US-based team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage
email bid invitations
from clients and general contractors
Create and update projects in
Monday.com
(or similar project management tools)
Download drawings, specifications, and addenda from emails or portals
Organize and upload all project files into
Google Drive
using proper folder structures
Track bid due dates, addendums, and revisions
Update
proposal documents
after take-offs are completed by the estimating team
Maintain accurate project records and status updates
Coordinate smoothly with estimators and project managers
Technical Skills
Strong experience with
Email Management
(Gmail / Outlook)
Working knowledge of
Google Drive
(file organization & uploads)
Experience using
Monday.com
(preferred) or other project management tools
Basic knowledge of
Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Education
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
(preferred)
OR
Any graduate with experience in office support or project coordination
Experience
1-3 years
