Maintain and update office records, files, and registers (students, staff, attendance, circulars).
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, notices).
Prepare drafts of letters, notices, circulars, and reports as instructed.
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
Data & Documentation
Enter and update data in school ERP/software (attendance, fees support, staff details).
Maintain confidential records of staff and students.
Assist in preparation of reports for management, audits, and inspections.
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with teachers, staff, parents, and visitors.
Attend to parent queries and guide them appropriately.
Support HR department in documentation related to joining, leave, and service records.
Assist during admissions, examinations, events, and inspections.
Compliance & Records
Maintain statutory and compliance-related records as per school norms.
Ensure proper upkeep of registers and documentation required by education boards and authorities.
General Duties
Answer phone calls and manage front desk support when required.
Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
Follow school policies, discipline, and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Basic knowledge of office procedures.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
Knowledge of school ERP systems is an advantage.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in administration (school experience preferred).
Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills (English & local language).
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
