Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Parent Support Executive to join our team at our 100% online school. As the first point of contact for prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving queries, and offering an exceptional customer experience through chat support. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong grammatical accuracy, and must be flexible with working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to student and parent queries via live chat, email, and other written communication platforms.

Provide clear, concise, and grammatically correct information about programs, admissions, and processes.

Maintain a professional tone and adhere to the organization's communication guidelines.

Understand the complete range of educational offerings and keep up to date with program details and updates.

Accurately log and manage interactions using CRM tools or chat software.

Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.

Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the student support experience.

Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.

Key Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English with strong grammatical accuracy.

Bachelor's degree in any field

Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, empathetic communication style.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
