Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Property Maintenance: Perform general maintenance duties such as cleaning, gardening, and ensuring the proper functioning of utilities and equipment. Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and disinfect common areas, including kitchens, restrooms, and hallways. Ensure that the premises are always neat and safe. Security: Monitor the property to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Conduct regular security checks and report any suspicious activity. Repairs: Handle minor repairs or coordinate with outside contractors for larger repairs or maintenance issues. Resident Assistance: Assist residents or tenants with daily tasks (if required), such as moving furniture, running errands, or providing basic care. Scheduling and Supplies: Keep track of maintenance schedules and order necessary supplies to maintain the premises in good condition. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance tasks, repair requests, and any incidents that occur on the property.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
