Handle administrative and backend operations
Manage client onboarding, account setup, and portal access
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Perform data entry, tracking, and reporting using Excel
Manage client and provide assistance
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates
Required Skills:
Strong administrative & backend operations skills
Advanced Excel proficiency and fast, accurate typing
Data management, record maintenance & documentation
System handling and client support
High attention to detail and time management
