Key Responsibilities:



Handling day-to-day

office administration and back office work

Managing

emails, phone calls, and office correspondence

Preparing and maintaining

documents, letters, reports, and records

Data entry and record maintenance in

MS Excel and Word

Coordination with

accounts, procurement, and project/site teams

Assisting in

purchase inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation

Maintaining files related to

projects, vendors, and staff

Handling courier, dispatch, and document tracking Supporting management in routine office activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate / Diploma (any discipline) Basic knowledge of

MS Word, Excel, and Email

Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Experience in admin/back office work preferred (Freshers may also apply)
