Maintain HR records and administrative documents
Manage and maintain scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making and project planning
Assist with the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings
Create and maintain accurate and updated records and files
Perform general administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, answering phone calls, and monitoring office equipment
Assist in the preparation and processing of expense reports and invoices
Collaborate with team members to complete special projects and assignments as needed
