Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day office administration and coordination.
Maintain and update client records, files, and documentation.
Support the sales and management team with reports and data entry.
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination professionally.
Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and internal follow-ups.
Ensure proper filing of documents and smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
Experience:
Not required - training will be provided.
Languages:
Basic to good communication in English and Malayalam (Tamil/Telugu is an advantage).
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
