Educational Qualification

Experience
Freshers to 2 years of experience in administration, office coordination, operations support, or similar roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
Handle documentation, records, files, and reports accurately
Support management with scheduling, planning, and administrative assistance
Monitor task progress and follow up with teams for updates
Handle professional communication with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
Maintain confidential data, reports, and office records
Assist in improving administrative processes and operational efficiency
Prepare basic reports, presentations, and summaries as required
Use MS Office and Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (MBA/BE preferred)
Experience:
Freshers or up to 2 years of relevant experience
Languages:
Fluent in English and Kannada (Tamil and Malayalam are optional and an advantage)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and email tools
