Admin Assistant cum Receptionist
to join our clinic in Sahakarnagar. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good English-speaking ability, and a professional attitude. She must be hardworking, organised, and willing to work on weekends as required.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Reception
Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
Manage patient registrations, appointments, and scheduling
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean, organised, and welcoming
Administrative Support
Assist in daily administrative and clinic operations
Maintain patient records, data entry, and documentation
Support billing, invoicing, and payment collection
Coordinate with doctors, staff, and patients for smooth operations
Manage inventory, stocks, and basic clinic supplies
Help in preparing reports and maintaining logs
Customer Service
Provide accurate information regarding treatments and services
Ensure every patient receives a smooth and positive experience
Handle patient queries efficiently and politely
Requirements
Female candidates only
Minimum
1 year of experience
in reception, administration, or clinic support
Must
stay close to Sahakarnagar
for easy commute
Excellent spoken English and communication skills
Professional, presentable, and confident
Hardworking, reliable, and willing to work on
weekends
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software, etc.)
