Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Coordinate with internal departments and support team members in administrative tasks.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Assist with basic HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee files.
Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
