Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing correspondence

: Handling phone calls, emails, letters.

Scheduling

: Scheduling meetings, Update calendars and managing diaries.

Maintaining records

: Maintaining records, updating computer records, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Taking notes

: Write minutes on meetings and summaries.

Communication

: Write and edit correspondence, such as emails, letters, and reports.

Filing

: Create and maintain filing systems for documents, forms, and other records.

Bookkeeping

: Manage accounts, collect receipts, and send invoices.

Workflow management

: Analyze and improve standard operating procedures.

Goal achievement

: Oversee organizational goals and best practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
