We are seeking a proactive and versatile Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, supporting our marketing efforts, particularly in digital and social media, and assisting with market research. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a tech-savvy approach. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
Handling general office administration tasks
Communication and Follow-ups:
Proactively following up on calls and emails with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Maintaining and updating contact lists and databases.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
Managing and executing WhatsApp Business marketing campaigns.
Actively managing and growing the company's LinkedIn page, including content creation and engagement strategies.
Coordinating with the outsourced Digital Marketing team as needed and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Market Research & Business Development Support:
Conducting basic market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities.
Identifying relevant exhibitions and trade shows for company participation.
Software Proficiency:
Proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various administrative and reporting tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be a Management Graduate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrable market research abilities.
Previous experience in an administrative role with some marketing or social media responsibilities would be ideal.
Experience:
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Salary:
Monthly salary: INR 18,000 - 22,000
The company follows a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy.
Work Hours:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6 days a week.
