Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office management
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries professionally
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed
Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by the head
Requirements:

Graduate or equivalent qualification
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus (but not mandatory)
