The Associate - Founder's Office will work directly with the Founder(s) on strategic initiatives, business operations, and cross-functional projects. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role designed for someone who thrives on problem-solving, execution, and end-to-end ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support:
Assist the Founder(s) in planning, tracking, and executing key business priorities.
Project Management:
Drive and monitor multiple strategic and operational initiatives across departments, ensuring timely completion and alignment with goals.
Business Analysis:
Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and follow-through on critical deliverables.
Operational Excellence:
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
Meeting & Communication Support:
Prepare briefs, minutes, and follow-up trackers for leadership meetings.
Special Projects:
Take ownership of ad hoc or confidential projects as assigned by the Founder(s).
