Provide administrative support to the Administration Department and other departments as needed
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and routing to the appropriate personnel
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars for department heads
Assist with document preparation, including reports, memos, letters, and presentations
Maintain inventory and order office supplies, ensuring availability of required materials
Monitor office maintenance needs and liaise with service providers
Maintain up-to-date administrative records and departmental logs
Support internal communication and distribution of company policies and notices
Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrative Manager
