We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Admin Assistant to manage and maintain the office. The ability to multitask, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position.

Responsibilities:



1. Ensure everything in the office is in order. (electrical to cleaning (of course they don't need to clean or troubleshoot, but getting done.)

2. Maintain Agreements with Employees, Vendors and Contractors.

3. Managing vendors, ensuring smooth flow of every instrument, office assets are in order.

4. Managing issuance and upkeep of assets.

5. Managing upkeep of accounts, working with our CA to ensure TDS, GST, and all other regulatory works are in order.

6. Maintain records of any kind.

7. Ensuring health and hygiene for everyone.

8. Helping all staff members with any formal works that is interrupting with regular work.

9. Helps HR in every activities including record keeping, as well as purchasing of any thing from anywhere.

10. Helps any senior executives in their activities including record keeping, as well as purchasing or getting things done and managing bank, accounts, and legal works including visiting banks, accountant's office, legal team's office, and travelling wherever needed to get things done as needed for the senior executives.

Requirements

:

1. Past experience is preferable (not mandatory).

2. Good (not super excellent) in English spoken and written. Can draft emails to any vendors or employees.

3. Must have its own two wheeler.

4. Must be in and around Begumpet (within 15 to 20 minutes from Begumpet).

5. Resume attached must contain one passport sized clear photograph, copy of the higher education degree or certificate.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
