Greet patients and visitors professionally
Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
Maintain and update patient files and medical records
Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment records
Manage phone calls, emails, and internal communication
Prepare reports, letters, and documents as required
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
Maintain office supplies and inventory records
Ensure confidentiality of patient information
Support hospital administration in daily operational tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma (any discipline preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Basic understanding of hospital or clinic operations
Attention to detail and organizational skills
