Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Dispose of waste and recyclables properly.
Maintain cleaning carts, tools, and supplies in good working condition.
Follow company standards, health, and safety protocols at all times.
Assist with laundry duties, when applicable.
Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning assignments as directed.
Greet and assist visitors, guests, and event organizers courteously.
Manage hall and room booking schedules (including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations).
Provide information about hall facilities, room availability, pricing, and services.
Maintain accurate booking records, guest details, and payment logs.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and event setups.
Collect and record payments; issue receipts and maintain daily cash reports.
Monitor guest feedback and report issues promptly to management.
Ensure the reception area and front desk are clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist in basic administrative tasks (e.g., filing, record keeping, correspondence).
Support during community events or functions held at the hall.
