Job Title: Admin AssistantJob Summary
The Admin Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The role involves handling office coordination, documentation, communication, and basic record management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
Maintain files, records, and documents (both physical and digital)
Assist in preparing letters, reports, invoices, and other documents
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Manage office supplies and place purchase requests when required
Support HR activities such as attendance records, leave tracking, and employee documentation
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Assist management with any administrative tasks as assigned
Ensure office cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional attitude and attention to detail
Experience
Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
